Exclusive to High Country Gardens, our August Afternoons Pre-Planned Garden was designed by David Salman, founder of High Country Gardens. With a pleasing combination of grasses, flower forms, and colors, this hummingbird-and-butterfly-friendly garden comes into bloom in August and continues through September.

The August Afternoons Pre-Planned Garden covers 50 sq ft (5 ft x 10 ft). It includes a garden map, care and planting instructions, and 17 plants:

• 1 x 'Blue Spire' Russian Sage
• 2 x 'Magnus' Echinacea
• 2 x 'Mitcham Gray' English Lavender
• 3 x 'Karl Foerster' Feather Reed Grass
• 3 x 'Autumn Fire' Sedum
• 4 x 'Rotkugel' Ornamental Oregano

For best results, we recommend planting with Yum Yum Mix and Superthrive Vitamin/Hormone Plant Growth Stimulant

Plants are subject to change due to availability. Any substitutions will feature plants with similar attributes suitable to the garden design. Not all plants will be in bloom at the same time, as may be depicted in the artist’s rendering.
